At NetCore Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been opened, installed, or configured
Software licenses or downloadable products
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at lumizstech@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Warranty

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. If your product develops a defect beyond our 30-day return window, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation included with your product or contact us for assistance.
